I hope you are all enjoying a relaxing Summer Break. As we continue to work towards our Restart Plan for September 2020 to have all of our Students back in the classrooms, I continue to ask for your patience and cooperation going forward.
Kindly understand that with the most current set of guidelines that have been provided to us by the Provincial Ministries of Health & Education, we will likely have to make a few minor adjustments to some of the portfolios in the Parent Participation Program. Once those adjustments are finalized, we will be able to launch our new Online Parent Participation Platform (OnVolunteers). Therefore, please refrain from asking any questions to the Parent Participation Coordinators and Team Leaders until we are able to finalize details of these changes.
Please understand that we are working very hard to comply with the COVID-19 regulations and to implement a plan to allow our Students to enjoy as many of the Holy Cross learning opportunities that have been provided to our Students in the past.
Please note as per the Ministry of Education and CISVA Superintendent’s directive, the first day of school for Holy Cross Elementary Students will be September 10. This will be a full day from 8:55am-2:55pm. The Teachers will be in-session on September 8 & 9 in preparation for the school opening on September 10.
